lip redness can be due to multiple reasons. It can be early sign of nutritional deficiency, hormonal changes, early vitiligo or can be idiopathic (without any reason )also. Please send the photographs if possible for better assessment. Continue sebamed, pacroma and zivinix hc for some more time. Usually all skin and hair issues takes little more time to see positive result.
