Oral hygeine maintainence is very imp. First of all get a scaling done from your nearest dentist. And then after that use chlor hexidine mouthwash for at least 3 months twice daily, n brush at lest twice daily. Discontinue the mouthwash after 3 months and check out.

You can increase frequency of intake of water in small quantities.
