Hi lybrate-user. All these creams are worthless. They remove one and bring 10. Better not to use. It is advisable to take proper internal homoeopathic treatment and cure your skin from such allergy from roots. And then no need to worry about creams and lotions.
Think over it. Why you are allergic and not others. So treat the cause of allergy and the skin will become healthy with homoeopathic treatment.

Hi, since the lichen sclerosus is spreading, you will need a strong steroid cream to prevent the spread- you can apply 0.05% Clobetasol propionate cream once a day till it disappears- then 3 times a week and gradually taper.

lip redness can be due to multiple reasons. It can be early sign of nutritional deficiency, hormonal changes, early vitiligo or can be idiopathic (without any reason )also. Please send the photographs if possible for better assessment. Continue sebamed, pacroma and zivinix hc for some more time. It shoukd not be anything serious.
Did they say eczema? take regular medication and do the following for prevention:
keep the skin dry - men that have penile eczema should keep the skin dry. No more long baths, regular change of underwear, avoid sexual contact.
