For dandruff, you may use ketoconazole shampoo twice a week for 1 month. Do not oil your hair as long as you have dandruff as it may further exaggerate the problem. Drink lots of water Eat a diet rich in protein and vitamin A, E, C. You may take zinc and biotin supplements for hair fall. Use a salicylic acid wash for pimples. You might need some acne prescription for which you should consult me on a private chat or visit a dermatologist near you.
