Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Please do not self medicate. Apart from that you have not given a proper history of your daughters illness, like does she sneeze often, is there nasal discharge whether it is watery or not. You must therefor consult a peadiatrician or a peadiatric ent consultant at the earliest so that a diagnosis can be arrivilased at and proper treatment may follow.

Fever cough and cold are viral infections 90% of the time and donot warrant clavam, a drug used for severe infections. Kindly see a doctor for examintion and and decide the actual diagnosis. Fever usuall settles in 3to 5 days without antibiotics like clavam and cold and cough improve in one week.
