As ur using epitoin u shouldn't go for tablets
Ur pimples problem should be treated with topical creams and face washes

This medicine is Tapered off gradually (can not stop abruptly) by reducing dose and with proper guidance of Neurologist

There are lots of side effects for any medicine, but not all develop those side effects. So dont worry unless u develop a side effect, it s a very good drug

When you are seizure free for 2 years, neurologist will do EEG and attempt dose reduction, if epilepsy does not recur, can be stopped, else need to continue.
