If Patient is taking regular medication than we need to go for review by investigation like CT scan brain along with blood level of Anti seizure medication
on the basis of which we can say than there is minimal chance of seizure
kindly consult Neurologist for further evaluation and management

Dear lybrate-user. Head injury can cause extensive scar formation in brain which is called as gliosis. In case you have similar issue then medications are must as it helps in preventing repeated attacks of fits. In case your head injury was trivial one then one can try reducing the doses of medicines over certain period and stopping it only under guidance of a neurologist or a neurosurgeon.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies -
1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water.
2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day.
3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily -
1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups
4. Suryanamaskar.

No the episode is not an absence seizure that has different features, but it may be related to his medicine intake and may have been drowsy. I suggest you keep amental note of the episode and continue with medication, in case it recurs you must visit your doctor as it may be a seizure (not necessarily absence) and he may have to be reviewed.
