This might be because of motion sickness and allergy to AC for which you ca use anti-emetics like promethazine (avomine) which will give relief but don't get addicted to them.

Remain lying down for a few minutes after using this medication, and avoid having a bowel movement for an hour or longer so the drug will be absorbed. The suppository is for rectal use only. For motion sickness, the first dose of promethazine should be used 30 to 60 minutes before beginning travel.

I take long standing cold as running of nose continuously for last 3 months ie since 5 months of age. I advise to consult ent specialist too specially to check nostrils. Fever may either a co-incidence or super added nose infection. In the mean time, you may try phenergan syrup 2.5 ml 2 times in a day and paracetamol syrup 0.75 ml 8 hourly. For a day or 2.

Actually shampoo are not helpful for checking hair loss. They are meant only for cleaning the scalp and hairs. However strong chemical harms the scalp. Ambla, retha and shikakai is good since they are herbal and ambla nourishes the hair. Take homeopathic cri-regan drop, 20 drops in half cup of water three times daily.

Dear,
shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Hello. As far as the oil is concerned, try neeli bhringyaadi tailam. If your skin is oily, avoid oils. Also have rasayan tablets 2 twice a day. Try to avoid curd, and spicy food. Do regular anuloma viloma pranayama.
Take care.
