Hello Doctor, my son age 9 years having fever and dry cough. From yesterday morning. I have been giving him crocin syrup 10 ml , kidicare and adulsa. His fever goes once he take crocin but in few hours it comes back. Can you confirm id antibiotic need to be given.

It could be viral infection which may last for 2-3 days, continue giving paracetamol syrup every 4- 6 hrs for atleast 3 days and then on sos basis.

Hello, Don't take Recofast plus & crocin together. Go for Recofast plus as it contains paracetamol also.
If you have a cold flu then do light exercise for 2-3 days.

Consume warm water. And take steam.

Crocin tablet contains paracetamol and it is not recommended for diabetes.
Unnecessary consumption of crocin will cause damamge to your liver.
Dont believe in myths.

Im having severe headache as today was my monday fast so I did not had any meal since morning. I took crocin advan at 6 pm bt still my headache is like dat can I take 1 more tablet nw.

Hello,
This does not appear to be anything serious , what you are doing is good, give him Syrup Paracetamol SOS. I have not understood what you mean "after the location". Headache in the evening may be coming up due to exposure to heat or sun.

Paracetamol is better than aceclofenac.It causes less gastric irritation.Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily. You can have one tablet of rantac 150 mg twice daily before food

If there is no other symptoms, continue syrup paracetamol 7.5 ml 6 to 8 hourly for about 2 days. If there is no relief or she develop other symptoms, consult doctor.

It may be due to common viral infection. If he has having only fever and no other major symptoms, give him only paracetamol (crocin) 375 mg 6-8 hourly. Maintain hydration. continue sufficient light diet. Else consult doctor.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.
