As per your symptoms it might be viral origin I guess you will be alright another 2-3 days. Pls take plenty amount of water and minister your temperature properly. you can take tab. combiflaim twice a day. go for tests cbc,ns1,mp, after tests take antibiotics by doctor.
Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days.
feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area,
clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily,
