Yes a paracetamol be given after 1 hour of sumo (paracetamol 325 mg 100 mg nimesulide) if fever does not decrease . you may also need antibiotics if you have infection of the chest or anywhere

Sumo tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Take the same amount of dose advised by your doctor and do not use it for a longer period than recommended by the doctor. Also avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine.

My 5 year. Old son is having fever and vomiting. I have already given p250 (paracetamol oral suspension) 5ml. Twice. Temperature reduces for some time and comes back. He is not eating anything. Kindly suggest what to do. I have also mefenamic acid suspension (mefetal -p). Shall I give this. Temperature varies from 101 f - 102.6f.

Sir, my 4 year old son is suffering from skin rashes since last 5 days. An mbbs doctor had prescribed 3 medicines which were used for 5 days, but the condition has aggravated. Usually rashes and little high fever come in evenings. And decrease in day time. She should be admitted in good hospital as such a high fever in small baby where cause of fever is not known can create problems. So get her hospitalised for further investigation and treatment. Don't worry child will recover.

I am 19 years old female. I suffer from severe primary dysmenorrhea for which paracetamol was effective previously. I have severe nausea, vomiting and back ache with Meftal (Mefenamic acid). I referred to a doctor who prescribed me (Chlorzoxazone+paracetamol) tablets. First few times I responded to it effectively but now I suffer from severe lightheadedness, dizziness with it. Is it normal or should I change the therapy?
