It's good that you are not having symptoms of ocd currently, pramipexole is good for rls, but sometimes it also happens with deficiency of iron and folic acid, so you can take bcomplex along with iron capsules and pramipexole.

Symptoms of anxiety, tremors since last 1 year needs a comprehensive evaluation. The medication that you are taking may also cause tremors and anxiety. Consult your treating psychiatrist for an evaluation. I would also suggest to get a hormonal profile checked and evaluated. For any further queries ans assistance contact onlien.

There may be genetic influences for diabetes and she must take precautions. There seem to be some psychological problems that need investigation and treatment from a counselor too. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger and fear, that needs urg...more

It may take several weeks before you reach a dose that works for you. If you are taking pramipexole to treat restless legs syndrome, you should know that as your treatment continues, your symptoms may worsen, may begin earlier in the evening or afternoon, or may occur in the early morning.
