There are various medicines available in allopathy for control of symptoms of parkinson disease. Your problem is, medicine not responing ,this is treatment resistsnt depression (trd) there are so many pharmacotherapy for that like augmentation with other drug & pramipexole etc. Ketamine is reserve for only research & some clinical scenario, so reconsult your psychiatrist.

First of all a detail review needed to see any loose ends that might have been missed. Then some psychotherapeutic intervention needs to be planned to augment effect of medication.
