From what you have described it probably is fibrocystic breast disease also known as fibroadenosis of breast. More than half of all women have fibrocystic breasts at some point. Common symptoms are breast pain, increase in breast size, lumpiness of the breast (nodularity), particularly just before or during a menstrual period. She needs reassurance and analgesics for pain. However she should seek surgical consultation for clinical evaluation and treatment.

Headache can be primary or due to secondary causes. Migraine is common among primary headaches, can change sides, want to know more about headache and associated features before giving an opinion. Also it seems that you were previously suffering from ear infection. Treatment can be suggested only after getting these informations.

In my opinion you'll need proper assessment of wound along with debridement/dressing as needed. Kindly consult a surgeon in person if not so then consult online with wound photos and all reports with previous treatment history. It should get better soon.

Moxikind cv should be prescribed for features suggestive of umbilical infection or omphalitis in which symptoms are foul smelling or pus discharge from umbilicus/redness around umbilical area. Your baby has 2 episodes of blood discharge which can be manifestation of classical vitamin k deficiency. If your baby is not injected with vitamin k at birth, than should receive 1 mg vitamin k intramuscular injection.

Hello, you had an abscess and the remedy was to remove pus. Now that the pus is out, all you need to do is to clean it with butadiene and continue antibiotics for at least 5 days to allow healing. For pain you may take nsaids.
