Apart from zolfresh others are relatively safe. Even clonazepam needs to be tapered and stopped and paroxetine dose is too ow, which is the only medicine among the three which treats the reason behind anxiety, while other 2 give symptomatic relief. So you discuss with your psychiatrist and get these changes done. All the best.

Paroxrtine is a very good choice of medicine. Ssri medicines does cause nausea and gastric symptoms for few weeks while starting. Take it along with pantoprazole for few weeks. After few weeks, gastic symptoms will subside on its own in most of the cases.

Dear lybrate-user,
both are paroxetine - one is plain and another is controlled release. Both will act at a certain dose. Pexep is available as 10 - 20 mg whereas pexep cr is available as 12.5 - 25 mg. Usually sweating will be mild - need not be controlled.

Dear lybrate-user,
paxidep pr is paroxetine prolonged release tablet ip. I don't know what is oxtus cr. Look at the strip, in small letters, the chemical name and dose will be printed. With a magnifying glass read it. If it contains clonazepam in addition, don't use it. You may need clonazepam only for few weeks whereas paroxetine for many months.
