Hello lybrate-user, pexep plus and pexep cr are different medication. While pexep plus is a combination of paroxetine plus clonazepam, pexep cr is plain paroxetine (controlled release). If you wish to take pexep cr then you have to take 0.5 mg of clonazepam with it so that you don't face withdrawal.

There is no such formula which can identify the perfect dose, it depends on person to person. Such people improve with minimal dose and some require high doses or some may not show any effect when taken this medication.
