Dear user. Thanks for the question. Hiv spread through contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and hiv-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the hiv-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the hiv-negative partner. Hiv can not spread through saliva. Take care.

Best treatment is to visit a gynecologist or an ent specialist and get checked.
During the last month of pregnancy many women have" stuffy" nose which they say is due to cold. But this is due to congestion of the nose by blood. So simple measures like
inhaling eucalyptus oil
moistening the nose with normal saline drops like nasomist
preventing blowing of nose, as it causes bleeding
avoiding cold food stuffs
avoiding sitting too much in ac.
