no.. treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Creams and gels containing benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin and adapalene are best for the noninflamed eruptions. They produce gentle peeling of the eruptions. acne is a common skin problem seen in this age group. Red spots are due to underlying inflammation .usally adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gels reduce acne and its inflammation (red spots). Cut down high glycemic foods, dairy products, oily foods. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink 3 to 4 litres of water per day. Do exercise for atleast 1/2 hr for best desired results. Avoid sunlight and use sunscreen in the morning.
