Hi! you might be aware of acne pathogenesis and etiology. Coming to the actual answer to your question, deriva bpo gel and epiduo gel both are good companies products. Both have same ingredients ,adapalene with benzyoxl peroxide. If you are not getting result with one ,it can be due to other reason which need to be checked. As acne is disorder of oil glands and has relapses and remissions depending on the diet ,temperatures ,hormonal influences etc.
