Decrease activities that increase patellofemoral pressure (eg, jumping, squatting). Cryotherapy: apply ice for 20-30 minutes, 4-6 times per day, especially after activity.
An elastic knee support that has a central opening cut out for the kneecap sometimes helps.
A physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles. Exercises can also be used to stretch and balance the thigh muscles. In some cases surgery may be indicated.

Dear lybrate user, it is true that almost all dental filling materials are very sensitive to water and moisture while setting/ hardening as water compromises their strength and setting reaction. It dose not cause decay but it can shorten the life of the filling. This is the reason why while doing dental fillings, cotton rolls are kept around teeth to avoid contamination with saliva. Now that the filling is done, you cannot do anything about it but if it comes out, you'll have to get it re-done.

Hi Miss lybrate-user, I got your point, best thing which will work will be either laser treatment for facial rejuvenation or lightning peels. You can use the lotions prescribed as mantainance therapy. Kindly consult any good plastic surgeon who is expert in cosmetic procedures for this.
Good luck.

Dear user. Hiv spread through contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and hiv-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the hiv-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the hiv-negative partner. Hiv can not spread through saliva. Take care.
