Hi Aarti.. for your knowledge paracetamol will never cure fever... it will just bring the temperature down for few hours... and my advise is not to take any medicine without consulting a doctor...
As for example paracetamol causes damage to liver...

So better consult and take proper treatment.

Hi lybrate-user. You have to consult as fever are of many types. Malaria, viral, typhoid, even many other diseases can cause fever.
So we first need to know what is the cause then can give best medicine.
Still you may take homoeopathic medicine

Paracetamol just brings down temperature of the body for 5-7 hours.
It has no effect on cause of fever.
Fever is not the disease.
It your body's mechanism to tell you that there is an infection in your body.
And by taking paracetamol you are hiding it.
Take proper treatment.

Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes:

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort.
Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones.
Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze.
