Hi . Divalproex sodium is an anti-epileptic drug and can be given for controlling seizures or fits. It also has been used as a mood stabilizer for some mood related psychiatric conditions. Betacap tr 40 is propranolol and is often used to bring the heart rate down. It is used in controlling blood pressure, anxiety, tensions and hand tremors.

Hello The wet gangrene has to be debrided and regular dressing done. This will fasten the healing process. Plus it has to be ensured that the blood glucose is well controlled. Wound culture has to be done and antibiotics given to treat any associated infection. Hence you need to meet a surgeon and an endocrinologist. Panic attacks have become very common these days. During an attack try to think logically (that this is just an anxiety attack and there is nothing dangerous in this) because panic attack blocks our thinking.
