DNA test after 10 days is risky. Better to wait two weeks. Please do HIV HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. To better understand the risk and consequences of STDs please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.

Hello-
pep is a prophylactic treatment given in patients who are supposed to have a risk of hiv infection. Its a life saving therapy so, its not wise to stop it. The drugs may cause some issues but it will prevent hiv infection if you had got one during your unsafe sex. Talk to your doctor regarding the symptoms.
