Significant time has passed and efficacy of rabies vaccine at this juncture is not 100%.
Still my advice is to take vaccine along with tetanus toxoid. If the cat is domestic and healthy you need not worry.

Whole cell pertussis is more pain full but more highly n lasting immunogenic and less costly than acellular though fully immunogenic. Every vaccine is good, there is no definition of best. Vaccine to be given as per schedule as per advise of your pediatrician. If there is any more queries, you may consult privately through Lybrate.

Still it is not very clear that dtap can be replaced by" w" or vice versa during primary vaccination for maintaining its efficacy but may be replaced for booster doses. I suggest since you are not living at place where" a" is not available, switch over to vaccine which is available at your place and continue as per schedule. There may be substitute for maker of vaccine but not for vaccine. Your query about difference of two vaccine is very pertinent in today's scenario. Dtap (a) v/s dtwp (w)- bo...more

Normal dose is .5 ml. Your baby will get subsequent doses. And a booster later. As of now spilage o one drop does not make a difference but you can get antibody titres checked after the booster dose is given i.e at 2 years of age. Till then nothing to worry.

No, I wouldn't advice. It's not worthwhile. Pentavac though painful a bit, offers better immune response. IAP advises DTwP (pentavac) for primary immunization and DTaP (pentaxim) as a booster dose at 18 months.

Hello!
mostly there is no risk because the food also must have been heated.
But usually also take a tetanus toxoid booster dose if not taken in past 5 years.
