If the wound isn't too deep and it's clean get a regular dressing done or if manageable with a bandage, use it. If the wound is contaminated or the cut was by an unclean instrument chance of infection is present. In such a case it would be advisable to start a antibiotic like amoxicillin. Try to use pentavac according to latest recommendations. Pentaxim is not banned but yes few studies still quote efficacy less as compared to pentavac. Nd there s nothing like painless actually.
