Generally speaking: 4th generation -- conclusive after 4 weeks (some say at 6).
3rd generation -- conclusive after 8 weeks (some would say 6+ weeks)
2nd generation -- conclusive after 10 - 12 weeks. The tests that could be deemed conclusive are 3rd generation tests and certainly 4th generation tests at 8 weeks. I mean two dosage 6 weeks apart.
As the above coarse give safety for 5 years for minor injuries if not then take not only one injection but full coarse.

If it was Td then after 10 yrs but in between after 28 weeks should take TDAP.
If it was only tet toxoid then next after 6 weeks then after 28 weeks TDAP
