If you have previously taken full dose of tetanus vaccine schedule 3/4 doses depending on type and site. And last dose is booster dose then small clean cut doesn't need a booster.
But nevertheless if you have any doubt or want abooster anyway, go for booster as after 4 weeks another booster won't do too much harm. Only minor fever and myalgia.

You have to take one dose in first 3 moths and a second dose in 6 months .The WHO also recommends that a third vaccine be given six months after the second dose to provide protection for at least five years.

No need to get worried, tdap contains tetanus toxoid and diphtheria and acellular pertussis whereas dpt contains diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis protein, no harm would happen with acellular pertussis.
