There is no need to take another anti ranies vaccination ,but I hope the wound was cleaned and disinfected properly.
However it is essential to take a Tetanus Toxoid shot within 48 hours of the injury.
Tetanus Toxoid vaccination is to be taken every 10 years to prevent any infection.

Use of sterilized instruments and pre op post op antibiotic coverage, now a days its very rare to face such problems. Choose your dentist wisely and stay away from worries.

Significant time has passed and efficacy of rabies vaccine at this juncture is not 100%.
