Hi, thanks for your query.
Since you already had taken a tetanus toxoid inj. Recently, there is no need for a booster dose. If the wound isn't too deep and it's clean get a regular dressing done or if manageable with a bandage, use it. If the wound is contaminated or the cut was by an unclean instrument chance of infection is present. In such a case it would be advisable to start a antibiotic like amoxicillin.
