Hello dear lybrate-user,
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* As per my knowledge from your last interaction, you have very good recovery from syphillis and you
do not need further penicillin. Ceftriaxone is best option at this phase. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

Regards lybrate-user. Rheumatic fever occurs mostly in young age/childhood. Rheumatic fever could cause polyarthritis (that means joint pain and swelling of many joints). The pattern could be symmetrical in both sides and it could move from one joint to another. As the disease gets controlled, the joint pains will also reduce gradually. It is essential that one follows the recommendation of their physician through the course of medication for successful outcome.

Hi pavan, you have multiple problems, levetaricetam (keppra) usually does not interact with other drugs, but precautions need to be taken while using it. I think you should refer your treating doctor for so, he will help you out of your doubts. Wish you a speedy recovery, best of luck.
