usually there might be some unknown cause for low platelet. According to Ayurved it's pitta and Rakta disease.
Usually to increase and balance the platelets you have to follow particular diet and medicine. Advice
1) stop all bitter items from diet
2) take palmagranate, papaya, pumpkin, fig for increase In platelets. 3) stop outside food for 3 months. Spicy, sour, salty, fermented food, Chinese food. 4) take more cow ghee in your diet for medication do consult us.

All the reports of platelets are in normal range so do not worry.
Just get busy in your work instead of continuously thinking about platelets count.
If there is fever then only check the hemogram otherwise no need to check frequently.
Without any problem the figures will give you depression.
So do not worry.

Platelet count range is 1.5 lacs to 4 lacs. Your counts have all been with in the specified range. I do not understand why you have been checking platelet counts so frequently. There is no point in doing that.
The reason for weakness may be totally different, which is difficult pin point without doing any investigations. It is better if you consult a competent physician there and based on his advise do he necessary tests. Thanks.
