53 years old female, takes bp and sugar medicine. She is intolerant to penicillin. While she has fever she cannot take amoxicillin, azithromycin and luvoflaxin antibiotics. These make her heart beat over 100, she gets irritation and sometime chest pain. What is causing her this problem and what type of antibiotics can she take?

Hi drug odd choice for fever is paracetamol all the drugs you have mentioned are antibiotics. Do not give ant antibiotic on your own, if fever does not settle down with a couple doses of paracetamol visit doctor and let them decide.

Before 2 years, I took syphilis treatment (2 shot penicillin and antibiotics) and never did sex with anyothers till this day. In between I can't suffered from sores and another problems which connected with syphilis. Now I have sores in my mouth. It heals and come again. Sometimes increase pain in penis is it possible that I have syphilis again? Please help me doctor! I am too afraid.

Usually syphilis needs 3 shots of long acting penicillin at weekly intervals. 24 lac, weekly.
You have taken two shots only.
So doubt may persist.
Get vdrl in dilution and tpha tests.

Ra you asked · today 2: 31 am hi dr, without vitamin d report my Dr. Is recommended to take vit d 6 lac inj one shot based on my symptoms. Last one year I have not exposed to sunlight, I took inj, after very next day I got fever and after 5 days fever is reduced but still cough is present. Am feeling sickness. Last 10 days am suffering. Now my questions are one shot of vit d inj 6lac will shows side effects, if yes, what I have to do next. Should I go for vitamin d test now what I have to do next.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
