I would like to examine & investigate the patient in detail.

--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.

Treatment
1. T if there is feverake one tablet of paracetamol 500 mg 2-3 times daily after food, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest. 4. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediately. If required he has to be hospitalised and platelet transfusion can be given
5. Anti viral medicine like tamiflu can be tried in serious cases but effect is not known.

Hello
usually there might be some unknown cause for low platelet. According to Ayurved it's pitta and Rakta disease.
Usually to increase and balance the platelets you have to follow particular diet and medicine. Advice
1) stop all bitter items from diet
2) take palmagranate, papaya, pumpkin, fig for increase In platelets. 3) stop outside food for 3 months. Spicy, sour, salty, fermented food, Chinese food. 4) take more cow ghee in your diet for medication do consult us.
