Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Hepes Zoster is a viral infection. It affects usually intercostal nerves or other nerve fibers. It can be treated only by giving Anti-viral drugs like Acyclovir 200 mg 5 times a day for 5 weeks or longer. Axone-T injection is Ceftrixone an antibiotic has absolutely no role in the treatment Herpes. Thanks.

You have not mentioned which organ is infected. Is he admitted in hospital since a few days. It is the most common pathogen isolated from patients who have been hospitalized longer than 1 week. It is a frequent cause of nosocomial infections such as pneumonia, urinary tract infections (utis), and bacteremia.

If the fever is continuous and not getting reduced with anti-pyretics then better to have her evaluated for fevers like typhoid, malaria, chickengunya and dengue etc. But don't get tensed it only for evaluation and to get confirmation and try to rule out those chances at early stage. Take her to a doctor if not getting subsided.

Many respiratory infections start out as a dry cough, and then become a wet cough or productive cough as the lungs start to produce more sputum. Some types of chronic cough or severe cough may remain a dry cough, or become a persistent dry cough.
If it persists for a longer time, it may cause some severe throat and lung problems. Your child may need a medical consultation.
