Both are different antibiotics with different action, used for different diseases. You should not use them on your own which causes resistance so that they may not be effective when really needed.

Hello Lybrate user according to ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause.
Home Remedy-
Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days.

I am afraid ,but have to say that pilonidal sinus needs definitive surgery and expertise to get cured. Antibiotics like augmentin may help temporarily to control the infection and give relief to some extent. However I strongly recommend you to visit a surgeon nearby and get it handled properly. Thanks.
