6. Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.)



5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens

Hi,
Basically both the medicines contain calcium and Vit D. But Supracal contains minerals like magnesium and zinc along with calcium and Vit D. If your requirement is only calcium, then the generic medicine can be taken.

Consider taking calcium supplements that have magnesium and vitamin d in it and also drink lemon juice or any citric juice which has vitamin c for better absorption of calcium.
