It seems probably you spend a long tym on your computer and you hav developed computer vision syndrome. Go to a clinic. Get your refraction done. Orthoptics done. To find any refractive error or muscle weakness. Also try to blink your eyes properly while wrk. Use good tear substitutes. And antiglare screen for yr sysytem.
