Hello. Preferably it should be taken in morning. But if you feel little sleepy after taking it then you can shift your dosing time to before bed also. Medicine has its effect for around 30 hours so don't worry about time. Take it at a fixed time daily.

Paroxetine by itself is an ssri, kindly consult an experienced psychiatrist and it is wise not to meddle with the medications, as there is risk of serotonin syndrome and others. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user. Since when have you been on paroxetine? If you've started recently, it could be a side effect. If you're feeling dizzy even after having a glass of water and sitting for a minute of two, go to the emergency room as it can be something other than a mental health incident. However, if you do think it is related to your panic attack, then you can consider psychotherapy or counseling. It's shown to be effective alongside ssris (such as the medication you're on.)
