Xet cr 25 as well as prodep 20 are clearly doses at which a lot of people with OCD are unlikely to respond. If this is the maximal dose that you have been tried on, the answer to your question is simple. Just increasing the dose under supervision can do the trick. Xet cr and pari has same salt but the difference is that xet cr is controlled release formulation and pari is plain.
