It is very common. So do not worry. For anxiety. Preerabley use clonzepam or alprazolam. If not under control then go for the root cause with psychological testing & then treat with insight oriented psychotherapy and some medicine or rtms therapy or tdcs therapy. For complete eradiication.

Dear lybrate-user,
Please consult the same doctor. He might put him back on paxidep for some more days. His aggression and violence may not be due to stopping of Paxidep alone. There may be other factors that need personal consultation with the psychiatrist.

Hi lybrate-user. Since when have you been on paroxetine? If you've started recently, it could be a side effect. If you're feeling dizzy even after having a glass of water and sitting for a minute of two, go to the emergency room as it can be something other than a mental health incident. However, if you do think it is related to your panic attack, then you can consider psychotherapy or counseling. It's shown to be effective alongside ssris (such as the medication you're on.)
