I wish to say that if you wish you may take medicines. Basically medicine is a temperorary relief only. Try to sleep without taking medicine. If possible you may take flax seed/powder and boiled into a glass of water. Automatically you may recover from hidden problems. Psychologist rajendran.

If you want to help her, please discuss with her psychiatrist. She needs simultaneous treatment for her hypothyroidism and diabetes also.

Hi lybrate-user,
Have your dinner by 07: 30- 08: 00 PM and after 1.5 hrs take Saffron milk (boil 6-7 strands of Saffron in a glass of milk for 3-4 minutes at low flame, let it cool and consume lukewarm. Just prior going to bed practice Swara yog. Sit in calm position, block your right nostel and inhale from left nostel only. Take deep breath. When you inhale, your stomach should extend like balloon and on exhaling it should become normal. Practice this, for 20 times.
