Good morning. U take a beautiful medicine. Gels - 30 / 3-4 drops with 2 teaspoonful water half an hour gap 8-10 times. From next day thrice daily in empty stomach. Azadirecta Ind. - Q / 30 ml. 10 drops with warm water half an hour gap for one day. Then 4 times daily.
Food normal.

You take jwarantak tablet 2 after brwakfast 2 after lunch end 2 after dinner for 3 days 2spoon glucose 3 times. After 3, days feedback to me.

Upto 1000 mg its usually not harmful until and unless you have other condition. The usual dose for adult of average weight is 650 mg that can be taken upto 2-3 times a day. So I do not think you should do anything out of fear. Just next stay cautious while using any medicine without prescription.

Never use paracetamol / ibubrufen / self medication may me dangerous.
Baptisia 200 give him one drop 8 hourly in a cup of water.

take tab crocin one sos for fever if not ok in 3 days, consult again or consult doctor.do widal test, typhidot, malarial antigen CBC, inform report.

take tab crocin 500 mg one sos for fever. if fever is persisting then do CBC typhidot , malarial antigen. consult again with report.

tab dolo sos when temp. Is high, and get few test done like cbc, complete urine exam. Platelet count, mp slide for malaria and widal test. Back with report. Thank you
