It is okay if you feel that you semen is getting discharged along with/after urination. Though it is a common misbelief that discharging semen will make a men weak/infertile but I want to assure you that it is not harmful at all and it is not a "rog" so it does not need any treatment at all. Yes pari 10 may help decreasing your stress/distress/apprehension/anxiety especially if you take it regularly for atleast 4-6 weeks!

Dear lybrate-user,
there are multiple causes for body stiffness and I would begin with your exploring any change in routine that has resulted in body stiffness. Since you are taking the medications for the past 2 years and the body stiffness is more recent, you would need to explore if there are other causes of the problem that you are facing. You may want to consult another psychiatrist in person or online on this forum for a second opinion.

We as psychotherapists can't comment on medication.
For your psychological issues, please contact a psychotherapist or counsellor in your area and seek immediate help. You may also need to take psychiatric drugs for sometime, for which you would need to consult a qualified psychiatrist.
Also start engaging in your hobbies and some form of yoga and relaxation for better results.
