I hope that Paroxetine (Pari CR) and clonazepam (lonazep) were taken with medical advice and guidance. Please seek a consultation with your Psychiatrist to resolve your query. However it seems that weakness, anxiety, and crying spells are related to depression rathee than clonazepam withdrawal. However a more gradual tapering of clonazepam would be recommended. It means you need to strengthen your muscles. If you do running n don't strengthen your muscles, then you can't gove ue best output.
You need to do strength/ weight training at some gym for twice a week (with a gap of 1-2 days) in some gym. Do it for 50-60 mins only. Do not do cardio with strength training.
