The treatment you taking is adequate. You should tell your family about your problem. That will help you cope up with the situation in a better way. Also along with the meds I would Want you to start doing some regular exercise or meditation in any form. Bring home a colouring book and whenever you feel like an anxiety attack take that out and start colouring. Practice deep breathing and relaxation. Hi lybrate-user, You have to take the medication at least for 18 months and further the doctor would decide on whether to continue. In my opinion if your OCD and anxiety is stabilised it sufficient you take XET cr alone but do consult and opine your doctor for the same. Every doctor has a reason to prescribe which every patient should ask for. There would be side effect but in terms of risk benefit you should continue. Good luck!

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. There are many effective ayurvedic medicines for this purpose. Take pranacharya heman capsule and syrup with water twice a day.

Hello librate user, why do you need to change psychatrist again n again, over a period of time some medicine leads to some side effects, ED is one of them. You can go back to your first psychatrist n follow him. Along with medicine meet a psychologist once a week.
