This is parkinson's disease. This disease has no ultimate cure, it can just be managed. For that I have a medicine which I got from uk, giving good results.

Nice to know that you are maintained well with 1 mg Risperidone. Pacitane is necessary, only if you have shaking of fingers, stiffness of body and too much saliva in mouth. Otherwise it is not necessary for the treatment of schizophrenia.

exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism.
