The fall in hemoglobin can be attributed to blood loss or lack of blood forming due to absence of iron in food . In your case gastritis may be causing small amounts of blood loss via the intestines and hence the anemia

Entecavir is a nucleoside analogue. It works by reducing the amount of HBV in the blood. It also helps prevent the HBV from multiplying and infecting new liver cells. He can take pantoprazole along with this Entecavir is not a permanent cure for HBV infection.

Please try to have simple food especially a light dinner and that too by 7 pm. Also don't lie down immediately after meals. Sleep on the left shoulder side. Avoid constipation.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food
2 Eat and drink slowly.
3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc,

Hi. lybrate-user.Gastritis in pregnancy is very common you need to take your proper diet. Take three major and three small diets and make sure the gape between the meals should be 1 1/2 hr. Take mixture of trifla and isabgol husk at night daily with leauck warm water.

Please describe what kind of Gastrointestinal problem you have.
If you have problems of heartburn, pain in upper part of abdomen, regurgitation of food then get an Ultrasound done. If that is normal then you should get an Upper GI endoscopy done since you may have Peptic ulcers or gastritis or GERD.
