syrup mucaine gel 2tsp twice a day
cap velgut od × 20 days
avoid spicy, fried and street food
don't skip breakfast
drink plenty of fluids
put your head at 45° angle during sleep (place wooden block under bed)

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

1. Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily
.2. put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily.
3.Take Viscodyne D syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily if you have dry cough or viscodyne syrup 2 tsf three times daily if you have cough with sputum
.4. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic.
5.Consult doctor for advice

3. Side effects of levosulpiride =headache/fatigue/increased prolactin level in blood/drowsiness/irregular menstrual periods/gynecomastia/constipation/abdominal pain and cramps/weight gain/unusual tiredness/increased salivation/fever/excessive sweating/
change in heart rate/abnormal heart rate.
