Yes. I would suggest you to continue following the doctor's advice. Avoid large meals, spicy/oily/fried foods. Take meals a few hours before bed time. Mild to moderate excercise/walking after meals could help. Also, if you have had this problem for long, revisit your doctor as he might want to get an upper gi endoscopy done.

Most likely she might be having something known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which occurs due to stress. Stress can cause loss of appetite alongwith diarrhea. Start her on Pantop-L (Pantoprazole with Levosulpride) not Pantop-D daily in morning fasting state for 10 days and inform me in 10 days.

Hi Dinesh...
Sorry but any point or other antacids... Or any allopathic medicine is just a symptomatic Medicine which relieves symptoms for few hours and they never cure the disease from roots.
So my suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment if you want permanent solution of the problem...
And it does not have side effects like allopathic medicine..
