I have seen the information given. i do not understand the relationship between Pantoprazole and diabetes treatment.
You have mentioned fasting and PP (?) glucose level but no HbA1c5. So it is difficult to comment.
Pantoprazole is for controlling stomach acid secretion, it has nothing to do with glucose control. Please clarify why that has been mentioned. Thanks.

Ulcer in endoscopy will require long treatment of H pylori (multiple drugs) which I think your doctor must have given you. If the pain is persistent then a long course of pantoprazole (pantocid) might be needed. Also a repeat endoscopy to rule out any new ulcer is to be done.
Also if you keep fasting in Roza during Ramzaan then this problem might be increased so take pantocid regularly.

Dear lybrate-user, I assume your mother is suffering from chronic gastritis or functional dyspepsia. H pylori is difficult to eradicate at old age. Our focus should be on improving health. Antibiotics are effective only short term, ppi such as pantoprazole are completely unnecessary and cause more symptoms such as gas and bloating. Reducing acid is not solution, infact as we get older we lose stomach acid. Acid helps digest food and kill bacteria in intestine. So, try to never suppress acid. Try...more

you have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine,

1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day
2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day
4. Moderate physical activity regularly
5.avoid excessive tea, coffee
6. Do Not postpone Breakfast
7. Avoid excess citrous fruit
