How much water do you take. It can be because of less water intake. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. It seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or esophagitis
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done
4. Avoid fatty, oily meals
5. No fast food, no momos and samosas
6. No tea and coffee

No. Taking pantocid Dsr tablet in afternoon after food will not create any problems in body but it need to be taken before food the full benefit

There is no side effect in using pantocid DSR since for 5 months regularly. Unless you have acidity you should not take it for lifelong or longer time
